About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the JosieAndTheClawz website and orders placed with JosieAndTheClawz. A Custom Clawz request is not a confirmed order or payment.

Products and handmade variation

Products are handmade. Small variations in color, placement, finish, and hand-painted details may occur. Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens can display color differently.

Sizing

You are responsible for reviewing the stated measurements for ready-made sets and for providing accurate measurements or sizing photos for custom sets. Follow the Sizing instructions before ordering.

Pricing, payment, tax, and shipping

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Shipping is currently available within the United States only. Standard tracked shipping is $5.99 per order. Ready-made orders typically ship within 3–5 business days; Custom Clawz generally require 1–3 weeks of creation and processing before shipment. These timeframes do not include carrier transit time. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Custom designs and reference material

You may provide reference images to communicate your requested style. Do not submit material that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share for this purpose. A request to recreate or reference third-party artwork may be declined or modified. References to artists, creators, songs, brands, or public figures are descriptive only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Site content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, original JosieAndTheClawz branding, site content, product designs, and photography may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Third-party names, marks, artwork, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Refunds

The Refund Policy is part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
